At what age should one stop smoking pot?

Good question.... I stopped years after highschool for fitness reasons and just started to come back. I somewhat regret it. It can make one lazy. I dont know how some people can remain active and smoke pot. It removes ton of energy from me

At some point you need it daily because of the THC receptors in our brains, the brain has adapted to function to it's best with thc now. The point of no return is what I call it.

Never start using it or never do it for a long period of time. In other words like everything in this world, don't abuse it or let it control you. Do it all your life if you feel you have control over it and can go without it whenever you want.

Yep. It stopped doing anything positive for me over a decade ago. No issues with people smoking at any age though. Just ain’t my thing anymore.

It took me a while to realize it, but it really did not work the way it used to and I was a daily smoker for many years.

I have a good buddy who has been a daily smoker who recently took a hiatus because it just stopped working for him.
