    Do you have a morning ritual that causes you to be energized and productive?
    Need some new habits.

    What kind of meditation do you guys do?

    Whats a good power breakfast?

    I normally just eat scrambled eggs

    And have a monster energy drink

    Pre work ritual
    Hot shower with nice shave
    Try to listen to chill tunes in bathroom when getting ready
    Leave 5 minutes early for work
    Listen to chill tunes in the car
    Pray Hail Mary and our father several times while driving to work asking God for patience

      Hot tea first then 6 oz kefir
      2 teaspoons almond butter
      1 tsp honey
      1tsp granola

            Dont eat any carbs after 3pm, no food after 5pm

            Take a cleanse or laxative at night

            Wake up, head to bathroom, you will be lean and mean!

            Put a lil Tabasco on those eggs, take a Lipodrene Hardcore w your morning coffee and you're going to be fired up!

              Shower/shave/the rest
              Protein shake/maybe energy drink if having a tough day
              Gym
              Eat after workout.

              I never eat earlier than 2pm and feel amazing

              I guess they call it intermittent fasting. My window is 2-10 ish but I'm not strict, I may go later if needed the calories.

              I eat keto. Carbs make me tired, bloated, fatigued, but do what works for you.

              I've been eating this way 15 years.

                I don't take a laxative, but I like to be running on E to be the most productive...taking a shit is what sets the tone for the day, have to make sure you have ghost poop, that's how you know you're running on E...water and coffee until work is done. Eat a substantial dinner, usually one meal a day for me, repeat. I've been eating one meal a day(mostly) for 15 years, before there was an acronym for it...
