I have Nitro and signed up with Sportz, Nitro is better. It seems Sportz buffers more to me. Its good, just not Nitro good. Its a good backup.
Rocky sorry to hear you’re having issues. For the most part been spot on with Sportz. They had some issues a few weeks back but seem to have righted the ship. I did order the adapter for the Ethernet cable for the firestick so will report back.
Also I have 2 IPTV subscriptions that I run over 2 separate Dreamlink T2's.
If some of the channels on one sub are down I change it over to the 2nd one.
Usually the 2nd one will work fine.
You will never find an IPTV service where all the channels will work 100% of the time with no stuttering.
It simply doesnt exist
ya im definitely leaning the ethernet route, tbh i run it wifi in my living room and 99% of the time for the last 2 weeks ive had no buffering which im very happy with... but the bedroom is pretty terrible so im hoping the ethernet idea will work....
do any of you run a VPN on your androids boxes/ sticks??

Great thread.
about to do the same , amazon has the adapter/ cable fairly cheap
and like i say check out IPTV resellers on reddit or just make a thread asking for what you need .... most will give free trials and have telegram channels for support at all times ... of course we just want the best service for the best price

I'm not 100% sure but I think you need to be very close for the wifi to work.
Too much distance and the signal starts to degrade.
With an ethernet cable you will not have that problem

I'll be trying to rig a deal with DirecTV in about 45 days or earlier from now. Hopefully it turns out ok.
But I do have other backup plans.
Heard they were offering HBO Free for 1 year on top of the usual/normal promotions... but we shall see.

Money stop. We pay $18 a month total including IP Vanish. Get every movie channel PPV & Netflix. It’s an absolute no brainer

Honestly... what kind of internet speed do I need with 1 box??? And what speed for 2 boxes? No BS... I hate buffering. Thanks.

Our internet through Xfinity is 250Mbps (mind you it’s worded As Fast As). I don’t think we need that much. I’m still using wireless but TV is literally 5’ From Modem. Is there the occasional buffering? Of course but for all you get it’s well worth the occasional aggravation. At some point when I get time I’ll wire directly to the modem. As for a 2nd tv. I could see that being an issue if a modem isn’t near by. I’m sure there are things out there or people w a lot more knowledge on this than myself who could help.

Thanks for the advice. About 4 years ago I ran ethernet cable to 4 areas of my house. I figured one day TV would eventually go thru the internet. Honestly... it wasn't that time consuming. A lot of measuring... because you want to make sure you get the correct ethernet cable length.... and you don't want EXTRA. Clearly... there's no question it runs faster....
DirecTV ON DEMAND works 10X better with ethernet.... than WIFI.
I will definitely look more into that "special" package that you're paying $18.00 closer to football season.

Been taking in a lot of information....
It appears that you are going to have some minor buffering issues at times. Regardless even if you're bringing speeds in at 1 gbps. The IPTV service may be overloaded at times. There's really nothing you can do.
Everyone tends to blame the buffering on overloaded servers.
So is it worth the price?
Again... I used it myself about 3 years ago... had a lot of issues.
Still trying to keep an open mind with this.

This is why I have 2 IPTV service providers. If one is buffering too much I switch to the other one and usually it works okay. So all in all it costs me $30/month for both, which I think is a great deal because of all the Pay per view sports and movies it comes with. If I were to buy all this on Cable TV I'd be looking at $100 to $200 per month

All valid points $$. For the $18 a month I’m investing well worth it for me. Granted I work more during the summer months and would rarely sit down to watch a whole baseball game, I am curious to see how it works during NCAA / NFL season. Movie channels have been zero issues (watched The Town on I think Showtime last night). 1st run movies not great picture quality but watchable (checked out MIB Intl. Secret Life of Pets 2. Booksmart Toy Story 4 to name a few).
Interesting article here about Directv and the NFL.
Since television rights aren't up until after 2021, there has been a lot of focus on the NFL's Sunday Ticket deal with DirecTV -- which is owned by AT&T -- and whether the league should or should not expand its Sunday Ticket offering to other services. That decision…

Maybe $20, no monthly to gray area middleman, depending on area u should get all locals and a couple b level movies channels, i get 80 channels most garbage but good enough
Find your nearest digital TV transmitter with Antennas Direct's mapping tool. It's a quick and easy way to find digital television transmitters (DTVs) nearest to your location.

Once you're in good with DirecTV.... you typically can get on the Entertainment Package for around $60.00 a month out the door. I've been doing this the last 4 years. No contract.
NFL Sunday Ticket Free the last 3 out of 4 years. Premium channels Free here and there...
Other than that... there is no other FREE Legal way

I prefer going thru a reseller that will stand by me if there are issues. I’ve had one issue in 18 months, and it was my mess up. It depends on what service you want also, there are some wide offerings on these. I have one that is great with the Western Hemisphere, and the other is great with the Eastern Hemisphere. $30 for the two services combined is far better than the $150 directv was getting. A soccer fan would be in heaven with these packages.

I’ve had direct for 20 years and if I have to threaten to cancel just to get a deal - pass.
