When I binge that long not only my skin goes to shit but also my general productivity. Also, since you are preventing your body to get hydrated on your nose/mouth you might suffer some bleeding due to blood vessel constriction but the absolute worst is the top of your mouth, it will hurt and sting when you eat/drink... its almost unbearable when that happens, start slow, eat something and smoke tons of week drink lots of water.
