I once dropped $1800 on the roulette table, then looked up and saw it wasn’t red and walked away. Took me a bit on the trip back to realize that it hadn’t been spun again yet. It was so crowded, and my anxiety kicked in so I couldn’t think straight. I didn’t even tell the dealer what my plan was with the money. I just snuck in through the people around the table, and threw it down near red. They probably all stared at each other and wonder wtf just happened. I still wonder who got that money.

Generally if you throw down a large bet like that, the croupier would notice who made it. In poker, if you disappear they hold your chips for you. If you had walked away and realized it within say 15 mins, you could have gone to security.

I told this story one time already on SBR..

I was at the Mirage casino bar back in the day and getting liquored up, watching a game on the bar tv, and playing bar video slots also. Had a full bucket of quarters, probably worth 3 or 4 hundred dollars I can't remember. Anyways a drunk chick is playing right next to me, not very pretty I gave her no attention and she ran out of money. I turn my back to talk with my buddy for a split second and turned back around and she grabbed my bucket of quarters and started to walk off to my surprise.

I jumped up and yelled where you going with my quarters? She screamed their mine!.. My buddy jumped in and we ran to grab her, security was already getting there.. Big stink happened and she threw the entire bucket of quarters on the ground. Coins went flying every where. This was prime time Friday or Saturday night too.. Lot's of people.

Needless to say she was thrown out of the Mirage casino or maybe even arrested IDK? I was then standing there with an empty bucket looking down on the ground at 1000 quarters or so going really?

Like I was really gonna bend down and pick up 1000 quarters, my friends started laughing. Sure enough, people started coming from everywhere and helping me pick them all up.. I was dressed nice to. Security even started helping.

That was something to see.. Lol.. Met alot of cool people with that stunt. I was comp'd a free a buffet or drinks from a pit boss as well after. I think I could have got a new bucket of quarters from the pit boss if I asked which I was but everyone started helping to pick up the quarters.

That was a site to see. I'm sure a few people pocketed some quarters but I didn't care..
