Look into coding bootcamps. They'll hire you and pay 100k in SF if you already live in CA.

Learn basic coding and then sign up for the online course. Expensive but can sign up to only pay once job obtained.

It will be a much better career than what you're trying to do here.

Don't see why SBR wouldn't hire you considering some of the other hires they've made.
