What probably happened is what goes on around here (Camden remember where i live) they go up and down the street loudly at all hours on dirtbikes and 4 wheelers which are illegal . But apparently one of them got killed when they resisted arrest and got hit by a car in a chase and the police ended up getting sued. So now at times (Thank god it is not very often normally a weekend) these idiots since the police will not go after them anymore after that they dive in large groups around the neighborhood like 30 of them . Extremely annoying. Wish some crazy person will just go onto a roof top with a sniper rifle and start picking them off .
