Plantar Fasciitis does suck, I've had it. Stabbing heal pain.. Very annoying.. I still get mildly at times in the winter months usually when I'm running alot.

I say time heals it if you don't push it to hard and let the foot rest alot. There are treatments for it also, like steroid injections in the heal area is one..https://www.webmd.com/fitness-exerci...ar-fasciitis#1

Steroid injections not good enough for that type of condition, they don't last. Some mild cases might get lucky with rest and injection, but most won't rest after the injection.

Stem cell treatment is available and likely the best option for extreme cases, if it could just become mainstream.
