That part shocked me. How does a US citizen, in WV no less, become the head boss of one of top 5, if not biggest, offshore sportsbooks in Costa Rica.

If you were to create a LinkedIn for him, what do you think roles led him to that position?

How do people get started in the lines making / management business? Always wondered.

I know that, WVgambler and purduekev are two examples of great WV citizens.

My argument though is WV does not have any MAJOR city thus it does not generally attract top college students or graduates. Like if you were raised in a rich area, you have a greater chance at a very prosperous career 10-20 yrs later. WV has one of the lowest average incomes by state.

Tony was a genius, he aced all of his final exams in college without showing up to class once.
