So as best I know, if you have a current insurance policy, and you make no changes like new car... they generally do not check the DMV to see the record. Just keep paying your premiums for 3 years, because I think that is the window they see when checking.

My question is would it trigger a check to DMV if I simply had an address change on my policy? I want to get a newer vehicle and try to make it past the 3 year window with no checks to my drivers record if possible.
I would never volunteer that info to the insurance. If they ask you, then you come clean. If you lie, they will drop you and you’ll go into the high-risk pool. Now if you change your address, they may check anyway. A drinking infraction usually stays with you for five years.

This is the same fuk'in noob drunk idiot bitch'in about the SBR book not grading his broke dik fuk non usable points bet fast enough. First off dumb ass, don't drink and drive. Only a loser would get behind the wheel of a car intoxicated this day and age when there so many other options to get home safely.

Now you're pay'in fines, lawyer fees, and definitely higher insurance costs. Feel real good about endangering the lives of other innocent people now, jack wad?

Please, by all means lie to your insurance company and see how fast they find out and drop your dumb ass. Insurance companies regular check your diving record and have numerous computers programs available to do so. And by the way, DUI and aggravated DUI does not "fall" off your driving record after 3 years, its 8 years and they can even go back further than that.
