One thing I noticed about Stallone's workout video... he never hits his legs with machines etc. I wonder if his doctor told him not to do it? Or what??? Sure... there are some cardio moves that he does do... that involves partial leg movement... but no direct resistance to the legs... quads, hamstrings.... etc.

I just thought that was odd?
