    Anybody ever try this diet?
    Basically for every meal you eat ground turkey, white rice, and brocoli

    my boy told me if I do along with 25 push ups per day I will be in the best shape of my life

    Ive essentially used that meal in diets...ground turkey can be great, turkey tacos are fine, but do a whole grain brown rice instead of white if you go this route. Also no flavored instant rice crap, gotta make it plain and just spice it up yourself, or add lemoj juice, etc

        In all seriousness, if you have a dog just go out and walk him/her for 15 minutes to start and progress up, you can eat the same shit and ull lose wight. Good luck, i lost 125 pounds last year doing that.

                      a very smart friend of mine swears by fasting... a prominent canadian professor did a book saying (i think) that insulin is the missing link in the weight loss (calories in/out, different metabolisms etc.). and fasting affects this.

                      when i look at people who tend towards chubby vs. skinny, i sense there must be a missing link, or metabolism is 10x variation, which seems unlikely. but handling of insulin might explain it.
