I heard the max was 3 years but regardless, I doubt he will do anything close to that. He definitely should do a min 3 years.

What do you think he will end up getting (if convicted)?

I think he gets 9 months and a huge fine of $500,000 for all the cop's overtime that worked on his hoax.

He'll get the celeb treatment probably with having no criminal record. He might just get probation and fines only with no jail time.

Although this judge is the no nonsense type from what I've been reading based on his past history of judging. Hopefully he throws the book at him.
