Girl I had been seeing casually rants to me she gets cold sores after kissing guys. I tell her she likely has herpes (type 1) and should get ointment, making out causes breakouts for some who have it. She calls me screaming and freaking out that I would accuse her of having herpes, curses me out then blocks me.
