BG assuming since MASS a commonwealth state the gun laws pretty laid back? Moving from Philly to Jersey I have to go through a whole process to have a gun in my home. In PA just go to gun store fill out paperwork they call Harrisburg & off you go. Jersey you have to apply in town you live in have police come out & interview you then go in front of judge to be ok

On the contrary uscphilly. To get a concealed carry here is real tough. But as long as you haven’t had a felony conviction and get an attorney you can. Just a tough process.

As liberal as Massachusetts is, and boy is it ever, it’s so strict in some regards. ( couldn’t even buy booze from a store on sundays up until maybe 15 years ago. Stuff like that. Old Puritan laws.

Yeah I probably didn’t explain that properly. In PA easy to get the gun but to carry a whole other ball game. Probably the same procedure. I did read something about getting a Florida permit & some loop hole with all that.
