I see nothing wrong with it. Doesn't look like the kid was being hurt. She was probably having fun. It's probably not the most sanitary thing though being that you are dragging her on a floor that gets that nasty airport foot traffic from all over the world that has recently stepped in messy plane and airport bathrooms.Comment -

Threaten the little ones when they get out of line in the future with another paddle job and point to the paddle on the wall.. Kids will fear it and behave and know you are not kidding around. Timeouts suck by the way, it's an easy way out of punishing your bratty kids.
This is a special little present that will benefit them later on in life also..

It's the parents,teachers or any other adult influence who
would rather do this instead of taking the time to understand
why the child is behaving this way in the first place.............
