60 year old man dies in a fast food parking lot after being punched. From reports, this guy was non confrontational and somebody took liberty to punch him dead. Sad that people think that physical violence solves anything. I read this type of stuff in these threads around SBR all the time about somebody wanting to fight somebody. Think again, you might be up for manslaughter or worse if you do. I'm sure the guy that did the punching didn't mean to kill the guy, but it can happen. Ask yourselves, is it worth it?

Its not the punch that kills them.

Its being knocked unconscious falling & hitting their head on the pavement.

If you're going to punch someone go for the body shot. Its more impressive if you can finish them with it & less chance of inflicting permanent damage.

What gets me is he gets into a car and leaves. Any decent person would stop and get back out to see if he's ok. Not even the driver of the car. They just leave. To me, that should be automatic 1st degree murder. They'll probably get manslaughter which to me is no justice.
