New Years Resolutions - for 2019

We have a week to talk about it. The two big ones for me are Health + Finance.

I was actually pretty good on mine in 2018. As you get older, hard to see gains. You have to pay so much attention to detail.

I've gotten to the point that I try to swim a Mile a day. Trying to build from there. Swim first thing in morning, do weights or treadmill later in day.

Working out not a bad resolution for next year...

Swimming is a great way to stay in shape with out tons of negative impact to your body. If I could find a regular pool I'd be glad to do that. My News Year Resolution is to not be so result focused. That and maybe knock up the Chick Pharaoh wanted to so he can feel like he did it.

What are your travel goals for 2019? I always have a lot of these. Sadly, I only finish a % of them.

For 2019, I'll list 4 of em I'd like to do:
1) Utah. I will get to at least one national park.
2) Vegas. Get there often. Want to get there for at least a portion of March madness.
3) Rural Western US. It takes time to navigate this area. Want to get to CO/WY/MT.
4) Europe. Would like to bike thru Slovenia.

*I have attended about 15 CollFB bowl games. Always fun trips, often to nice locales.

One sticks out from the pack, tho. You have to attend the Rose Bowl at least once. Beautiful setting, big time game.

Thanks for the heads up. A friend went a decade ago when Wisconsin was there. I warned him about fake tickets but he used his local travel agent who got suckered. They spent the game in a tent with a big tv.

Bump. Rose Bowl is my favorite bowl. I love the sun-down and watching the 2h in dusk.

Tomorrow morning is a re-start to the exercise program. Figure out what u enjoy doing. That way, you'll stick w/ it + see results.

I was there.

Travel agents sold bad packages with no tickets. There were a shitload of mid-westerners and others outside with no ticket; they were desperate. I know some who sold their tickets for $1000 each.

Cold have sold my UCLA student ticket for $800.

In the stands, in the UCLA student section, it was all Wisky red, then a few of us who held out for the game.

Most of the students cashed out.

They don't call it Wisky for nothing. No alcohol allowed in entire Camp Randall Stadium but the vendors will sell you a full cup of coke on ice, hold the Coke. No searches back then.
