After a oil change, my grandma's car started making noise that comes from the passenger side engine bay. The sound is worse when the engine is cold. Any guesses??

Its almost like the oil change mechanic forgot to tighten something, but who knows. It don't have to do with the oil, the sound is more of a scrapping and is not as bad when the engine is warmed up.
