There us a dirty Chinese place in Coon Rapids MN that makes the saltiest, most soy, extra msg Beef and Onion dish and it's like crack.... terrible service, no english, place is filthy, cash only, warm soda in cans, but soooooooo good!!!!

Anything with fresh hand pulled noodles like chicken or crispy bbq pork and fresh greens with whatever sauce you prefer. I like garlic and chili or ginger, scallion and hoison.

If you never had Singapore Mai Fun it can be really good if done right. It's like a spicy curry-like rice noodle with meat and vegetables. Also it's a gluten free option for those that love noodles and can't do lo mein. I suggest trying sometime if you want to try something new next time you order Chinese.
