Any Chiropractors out there??

My neck doesn't crack like it use to. My question is when I go to the chiropractor and he can't get it to crack either. Does you're neck have to crack to get the same results if it did crack?

I woke up with my neck out of traction or alignment 15 months ago. Also have TMJ issues but they got a lot better. I got tinnitus (brain buzzing) from all of this.. I can't eat certain foods, drink alcohol or smoke weed or the buzzing gets 3X louder.

I know we PM'd but I want to add to get an MRI, if you haven't already.

And maybe go visit an acupuncturist too.

I'm guessing stress is another trigger, but I could be wrong.

Acupuncturist can get you relaxed.

Acupuncture is highly recommended. Chiropractic is awesome but it’s important to find one you are comfortable with. I dated an acupuncturist and have had 5 different chiropractors over the years.

I’ve actually seen carotid arteries dissected ferom chiropractor adjustments on the neck. Patients came in with stroke like symptoms. Doubt its common but be careful, everything has its risk

It is rare and more common in women, but it does seem to happen.

Far longer and more effective than nearly all Western methods.

I have fairly extensive experience with it and am actually surprised they let me drive home after some treatments.

My old man swears by acupuncture. Was on Oxy for 20 years, started acupuncture and quit taking his pills. He’s the most skeptical person I know and thought it would be a waste of time. He called me every day for a month begging me to go but I never did, would like to try one day

and Osteoarthritis everywhere!!

He used a hand held device that would lightly hammer each disc separately..

If I happened to have a headache when visiting him, he would put pressure
on a certain part of my neck with his finger and my headache would alleviate
almost instantly!!

This is the only type of Chiropractor that knows what he's doing that I strongly
recommend!!

The trouble is, they are so hard to find......

I have a reverse curve too. Its like my neck and jaw shifted. I had the smallest gap ever in between my 2 front teeth and even my teeth moved... Im gonna try an upper cervical chiropractor. My neck could be bad from forward neck posture. My pain is very low though, nothing 1 advil won't help or those lidocaine pads.. The lidocaine pads says ur only suppose to use for 1 week straight and I also use a small cut up pad every night. Anyone know the effects of using lidocaine pads every night?

I hope you are right in saying the neck can heal itself. This has been going on for 15 months. The first 6 months my Tinnitus was 100% of the time. The next 6 months the tinnitus was 66% of the time and the last 2 months the Tinnitus has been 50% of the time. Also I do physical therapy every night and my neck has gotten a little better and a little stronger, but its a slow process. Also I have muscle problems in the neck area too.

For some odd reason she developed a sore neck. She swears that it doesn't bother her when the chiro "cracks it".

Help Me!!
I was spread eagle on the floor at my business. My back went out and I was in excruciating pain. I had to be carried to the car.
I told my employee to take me to the hospital. He said ,"No. i am taking you to my chiropractor."
I said, "No.no. They're all quacks."
Anyway, he said they were the best way to go with my back. What could I say ?
I couldn't sit up and it was painful to take a breath.

To sum it up...After three visits I was back to my normal self.
It was fantastic the way that I improved so quickly.

I would never again laugh at chiropractors.

I'm now gonna try a upper cervical chiropractor in my area... I guess they have the best chance of curing tinnitus.. I guess that do small precise cracks of the neck, etc..

I crack the living hell out of my neck as soon as I wake up .
If not , it'll run down my neck and spine and will feel like hell all day due to amount of daily walking .
Now , ive also noticed , when I am stressed the fukk out , financials & evaluations coming up , it will not crack at all , it's weird but I just can't get it to work during stress period no matter how much I try .
