do people think this woman in california is making this up? to me, it seems unlikely.... obviously there's the question of why it's being brought up now and how the dem's have handled the info

I posted a few years ago in the NCAA football section and just started posting again this week, as for my absence I have no excuse, I am a lurker not a goof, Donks posting of this thread, brought me out of my shell, it got me all fuzzy inside and talkie and like everybody else including you, I am offering my opinion, even if I don't know wtf I'm talking about, because I am among brothers and sisters that are alike minded, we are in one big rubber room here.

No one in their right mind should think Kav was lying in his harassment deposition yesterday ether.. So you draw on the facts of the case and any evidence there is, and that all points to Kav being innocent...

FBI is gonna interview the same people already that have sworn statements under oath.. Nothing is gonna come out now. It should end in one day too.. There are no new witnesses.. There is gonna be no changed statements or they face criminal charges of lying under oath...

this process should take as long as it needs to take to get as close to certain as possible. Its a lifetime appointment, I'm not sure why people in here think that it should be rushed through. Judges are suppose to be the most ethically sound people in the country. But this is SBR and I dont think I've ever seen posters on here capable of having a discussion and seeing both sides of anything. Most are one way or another and they put a wall up and dont analyze and discuss even if they are in the wrong because they fear that if they are wrong they'll look stupid.
