Republicans normally dominate the dems when it comes to the actual "game" of politics (they run better campaigns, have better surrogates do the dirty work etc)
This is an absolute dumpster fire from Grassley on down for them. Giving Ford a break every 5 min so that their hired/token female gun can't get any sort of momentum in questioning is killing any chance of catching Ford in any real inconsistencies etc.
If the best you can get is that someone who doesn't like to fly, still manages to fly a lot - you're sunk.

Here is what I think - If Kav truly believes he didn't do this he should agree to a polygraph himself immediately at this point to really make his claim of innocence stand and stick..
Now if he was a drunken 17 year old teen and did do something to Ford like put his hand over her mouth then he should admit it and apologize. He didn't rape her. The truth will set you free...

Jibbs, guys shouldn't have to do shit. The accuser gets to accuse the guy and he never gets his day in court. Senate hearings are not court, there is no standard of evidence to uphold here.
She gets to accuse him and even derail his life, but he doesn't get to legally defend himself in court. The reason is that there is no evidence to go to court with, none.
That's unAmerican and illegal to put an accused person on the spot like that, with no legal chance to defend himself or due process.

--Call for an FBI investigation.
--Subpoena Mark Judge.
