A New Rochelle man who pleaded guilty to child porn charges has avoided prison time.
A judge sentenced Tyler Davidson, a former special education teacher in the Bronx, to 10 years’ probation. He must also register as a sex offender and surrender his teaching license.
Authorities carried out a search warrant at Davidson's home in March after an email service provider flagged suspicious activity on his account.
Investigators found numerous pornographic images of girls under 10 years old on his computer.
