Tens machine, any creams, patches or anything you do when you have muscle pain. I woke up with neck and jaw (tmj) issues in June 2017. Also woke up with tinnitus which almost killed me, I only slept 75 hours in 90 days at 1 point. The tinnitus is alot better, but I still have issues with neck pain. I've been going to a new chiropractor 2 times a week for a month now and it seems to help. Any opinions on neck or muscle remedies would be helpful.
