Both parties have been trying to come up with a health plan for decades. Both have been failing forward. The Obama plan has helped thousands of people, especially if you had a pre-existing condition. Don't blame it for the rising health care cost. That is a much bigger problem that both parties really don't care to fix, because too much special interest across both party lines.
