35 year old white guy in NY city knocks on coaches car window thinking he's an Uber driver, coach gets out of the car and punches the guy one time, he drops and slams his head on the cement side walk, never regains consciousness and dies..

Just saw the mother interviewed on Fox now.. Very sad.. She said his son was a very nice guy, always friendly, and his teeth and mouth were a mess from the one punch also. Coach Jones was only charged with assault and not murder...Thoughts?
