• He is in a 11-year relationship with his girlfriend Erica Martin and the couple are parents to infant twin daughters
• Martin was present when Cherwinski was arrested
• He was arrested on June 30 and has been charged with sexual battery after police reviewed surveillance footage and found that he had groped Holden
• Holden, 21, responded to being groped by grabbing Cherwinski, pulling him towards her, putting him in a headlock and shoving him into a wall
• Her co-worker than called police who made the arrest, and a member of the Savannah Police Department confirmed the video online is the same police saw
