Originally some website reported that an "anonymous witness" claimed the kids were saying that they should be allowed to kill black people on the 4th of July and that was why they were confronted, but that turned out to be bullshit and they retracted that story. Family members of the guy in that video don't think too highly of him either. His own brother said that he was a bully and he has been arrested numerous times.

Most people don't go around punching random strangers either, but we know that it happens.

I doubt he even went to the county jail also. He probably went to police lockup (where they're not gonna make u do squat) and from there to bond court where he probably bonded out the same day (which from what I read was $5k, so I can't see him not bonding out).
