    Trying to bulk up quickly 10-15 pounds
    What foods would you suggest to gain weight fast. I'm 145 right now and about to start a physical job working over nights in a warehouse picking orders and need some functional strength. I've been pounding eggs milk butter chicken and it isn't working too fast. Do I start eating a whole jug of ice cream a day? What's my play here?

              Mac of course I want to gain muscle ive been doing pushups and shit... but even putting on fat you'd figure would have some use than being a frail twig that I was like 2 weeks ago. I was 5'10 5'11 140 pounds no muscle.

                you need to eat about 3,000+ calories a day

                here's an easy to make healthy weight gainer
                2 cups whole milk 200 calories
                2 table spoons natural peanut butter (not that skippy crap) 190 calories
                1 frozen banana 100 calories
                2 scoops whey protein 200 calories
                1/2 cup cooked oatmeal 150 calories

                mix in blender

                840 calories total

                drink as many as you need to hit the 3,000+ calories mark

                            Get ya self a gym membership and some WHEY protein. Focus on the main lifts (bench,squats, deadlifts). You will probably start off light on the weights but don’t feel discourage. We all start somewhere. Take your WHEY protein once in morning and once after working out every day. Continue eating at a calorie surplus and you will get gains bro. You can do it!

                                  So you're trying to beef up so you can work in a warehouse?

                                  How bout you just show up to work everyday, put in the time, and eventually your body/muscles will adjust to meet the daily demands of a warehouse.
