    Mixing Tumeric into water
    Anyone drink this crap? Taste is horrible but proven health benefits. Also a natural anti-inflammatory. I got a cracked bone in my fibula and supposed to help but damn its horrible.

                  Why are you mixing it with water? Is it just powder and in not capsule form? Just get capsules then. The only reason to mix it loose in water would be to fight an infection in the throat or stomach. It's very good at clinging to the side the stomach wall and is very effective against the bacteria responsible for most ulcers.

                    Yes its powder thats why im mixing it. I mixed it in my morning shakes and wasnt to bad. I didnt even think about the pills!

                    I will have to get the pill now!

                            Forget the powder Forget the pills

                            Go buy real organic turmeric then
                            put it through a juicer add it to your
                            shakes or mix it with other veggies to
                            minimize the taste and get other
                            micronutrients at the same time.

                                                Apple cider vinegar is the shiiits, two table spoons in a glass of water and power it down... Good cleanser if anything else... I hit it up every few days.. I can feel the difference the next day..

                                                Apple Cider vinegar and cayenne pepper taken regularly will fix most stomach problems also..

                                                    Tumeric Curcumin is an awesome supplement. I take one 1000mg capsule daily.
                                                    It's great for arthritis, joint pain, eliminates leg cramps and much more...Do some research on it..You will see.
                                                    Make sure it has the following:
                                                    .....Tumeric as in curcuma longa root
                                                    .....Tumeric extract
                                                    .....Won't hurt to have up to 5mg of Bioperine Black Pepper
