Definitely a shit hole. Panhandlers everywhere, sketchy fuk'ers all over downtown, can't walk from your car, uber, or taxi, into a restaurant without some loser try'in to run some scheme on you. Went to visit a relative there a few times, won't be go'in back anymore, it's so fuk'in bad.
