The world can be a fukked up, cruel place.

I deal with death on a weekly basis, many times in young adults but for some reason that picture makes me mad, angry that more cant be done, that it will happen again and the pain that boy and his family felt was only matched by the hopelessness the little girl felt. There was nothing to be done, the medical community just wasnt good enough to help her any more

And that breaks my heart
