A sound suggestion

Here's my proposal: force this Lib-state, California, to secede from the USA.
We now entice all black families to then move there.

What would be the predicted outcome for our one less state of 49 states, and the now, lone-independent, new California?
Merely a guess of course?
1. Our 49 states:
We'll have no black families, because they chose to move and be with their own brother's and sister's. I see nothing wrong with that idea.

We get along very, very good overall. Killings are reduced my 5-fold; less rebelling against our government by 5-fold; no black player's on our professional team's, so, no reason to bitch and kneel at our flag; our jail incarcerations will be reduced by that 5-fold again; the bad; we cannot win a damn profession championship in and major sport.
Now, 49, is it worth it?

Our new California:
