Probably both. But drunk as hell. Could barely walk or even speak for that matter.

At first I ordered water from the bartender which didnt show up after 5 min. I asked the bartender again and he said “Don’t worry dude, she does this all the time.”

Not acceptable. I finally got her water and got her coherent enough to get a friends number from her phone to come pick her up.

I thought it was funny when I took the picture and posted it. But then it went from funny to sad.
