2nd this. Morimoto is certainly fun to watch when seafood involved, as much as I would most likely dislike most of that stuff, it's interesting to see all the work involving every part of the fish.

I enjoy watching Beat Bobby Flay more than Iron Chef when it comes to competition food shows.
