Carranza stressed the importance for all community members to be brave and speak up if they see anything that strikes them as odd or raises red flags.

Like I said previously. Metal detectors and teachers with guns are no answer for a sick fukk that shoots kids a block a way.
I think many minority kids are use to being bullied or singled out, so they might be used to abuse. Girls are equally as mean to other girls. Not that I'm condoning it but it could be a reason why we see this primarily with white boys.
