Email notifications

Hi,

I'm having difficulty receiving any email notifications for threads I am subscribed to. I've cleared my cookies and cache, logged out and logged back in, and I am still receiving nothing. Was seeing if anyone is experiencing any of the same issues or if anyone could point me in the direction of help?

So far, I didn't receive the same concerns as yours above. What mode of email notification did you choose? Is it an instant, daily or weekly? and are you sure that the thread where you subscribe are actually updated with responses?

instant. i was receiving them up until about a week ago. i'm not sure what happened. they're not in my spam folder either. they're just not being sent out at all anymore

Can you please check your "Default Thread Subscription Mode" if it is also set according to your choice of subscription? You can see it under your general settings.

gl maybe mods are reading them first and forgetting to click keep as new.

i think you may have solved the problem as this was set to "through control panel only". i'll let you know after a couple test runs

unfortunately i am still not receiving anything. i tested out on my thread in the MLB section and got nadai also had someone post to me and did not receive notification from that, either

I'm having the same problem, the last instant email notifications I received was on 5/4/18. I've been wondering what was going on? Gotta be a glitch on SBR's side of things.

I’m glad I’m not the only one then. It’s been a while with me. It’s happened before but all I had to do was log out and log back in and it would go back To normal
