Family hit the lotto that's all I know.. Uber quickly becoming a huge company.. Quick settlement is smart to sweep it all under the rug and forgotten about fast...

Everyone wants to be an Uber driver these days and make $150 - $200 bucks for 8 hours of work every day in any major city...

You need a newer hybrid car preferably to be approved by Uber and yes they even make more on weekends and holidays.. If I was broke I'd do it.. Get to pick your hours as well and basically be your own boss.. It's not a bad gig...

Pick up one of those newer Hybrid Prius's with low miles and off you go.. Can even take out a car loan and get one then pay it off quickly working..

I talked with an Uber driver the other day and he says he loves it, gets to meet people and it's fun.. He says Friday and Saturday nights you do get drunks and that's not so fun sometimes though..

8 hours a day here in LA he told me he makes $200.. On Holidays much more.. If I was broke I'd do that.. Why not?

Main mission to get started would be to get a newer hybrid car with low miles that would pass the Uber inspection... Then you are on your way... Lease one new even to start off then figure something out later....

Family getting paid for someone that they never cared about.

These autonomous cars will never work properly until they are driving in a completely autonomous world.

Yup if I was an Uber driver I'd hook my Ipod up to the car stereo (front speakers) and just listen to my music all day long and do the job. I'd mingle a bit if I thought the person seemed interesting or if she was hot, otherwise I'd let my mind wonder and watch the scores flash on my Cell phone mounted on the dash..

I'd have to take breaks and work out though.. I couldn't sit on my asss for 8 hours a day battling traffic that would drive me nuts!!! Literally .

Not even close to 10 million. They already ran independent studies out here doing accident reconstruction. Guy was jay walking and was very hard to see. Pedestrian is at fault. As far as Uber drivers, they make $16/hour on average. They shelved the autonomous car program as well in AZ.

This. Guy was homeless. Any family obviously didn't give a shit. Probably the best day of their lives.
