It kind of pisses you off when you know people that have been hurt through someone elses negligence and they didn't get shit, and here is some family going to sue for some emotional bullshit. They'll probably use the "My son was targeted because he was gay" angle.

This happened last year and I haven't found any updates on the story about what they got or if anyone was fired. Probably settled out of court.
