A married high school teacher was found partially undressed with a student in a car in South Carolina Thursday evening, sheriff’s deputies say.Elizabeth Heaton Taylor, 27, a track coach and biology teacher at Greer High School in Greenville County, faces charges of sexual battery of a minor between the ages of 16 and 17, according to WYFF-TV.
Taylor also gave a false name to deputies during the investigation, according to authorities.
She faces a charge of giving false information to police.
The Greenville County Sheriff’s Office said deputies found the teacher and student inside an SUV parked suspiciously on a road in the town of Simpsonville at around 6.30pm on Thursday.
