Cauliflower, can’t handle the texture

A excellent way to eat cauliflower is boil then put in blender and treat like mash potatoes. Gives it a velvety wonderful texture, taste amazing, and way better for you than mashed potatoes.

I used to feel that way about sweet potatoes but fact they so good for you I wanted to eat them. Then I realized the reason the texture was disgusting to me and they were far too sweet cause ppl cook them all wrong with all that butter, mashmellow and crap, once I started chopping into small cubes and sprinkling little red pepper on them and throwing in oven I descovered it wasn't the food itself I disliked, just the way ppl prepared it. Think that true for a lot of things.

Agree with the people that said Mayo. Completely disgusting anytime I order fast food I always say no Mayo if they put it on by accident. I won't even wipe it off , goes to the dogs or straight in garbage.
