What's the saloon's opinion on fanny packs?

I hate having things in my pockets, so i like the convenience of putting my keys, cell phone, mini notepad (to keep track of line movement), highlighter and BIC Cristal Ball Point pen. They could also be pretty stylish. What are your guys thoughts?

I think it would be uncomfortable holding all the weight on my upper body. Fanny packs is the way to go.
