I couldn't find it in the PT threads, but it turns out she was cyber bullied. I thought that was rather ironic given the unscrupulous nature of her work, but it shows that it effects everyone.

The issue she raised- fear of working with crossovers (bi sexual men). The GLBT community drove her to hang herself by overreacting in such an aggressive and bullying manner.

Wonder if they will investigate that angle to a depraved indifference manslaughter charge vs some offender (s).

like most situations things could of been handled better, kind of like when players go out on media to bash the coaches or other players instead of keeping it inhouse, all she had to do was go to her agent and say i prefer not to work with this person , if she didn't go on her twitter and call the guy out she would of been fine, secondly if you are that weak and an emotional mess you shouldn't be on facebook or twitter

Those are valid, logical points. However, they are also signs if a depressed individual reaching out for help, explaining her health concerns, defendening her body and a whole activist community tearing her apart for it.

Free speech has limits when it comes to safety. If those individuals made reference to violence or self mutilation, if they drove her mentally over the edge, then there could be another cyber bullying prosecution and thus would be high profile.

In the recent past, mostly in high school related suicides, bullies have been prosecuted for negligent homicide and manslaughter. The legal theory is similar to assisted suicide. Basically the bully, thru indifference to the safety if the victim, bullies them into pulling the trigger by giving them the gun (or rope in this case) and verbally abusing them to the point where the victim feels they have no choice but to end it.
