the kid didn't commit any crimes there were reports of somebody at the hotel with a gun he had a pellet gun in his room but they didn't find a gun on him directly, the cop could of handled it so much better and did u hear how he was talking what a dick guy is one of those power power power people

The proper way of arresting a suspect if you believe he could be armed is:
lay flat on your stomach, stretch your arms out flat on the ground above your head
and spread your legs...
Then law enforcement approaches the suspect, puts suspect's hands behind his back and cuffs him..
If suspect seams uncooperative, you then proceed by cuffing his legs as well...
