It was fake Snowball. It wasn't real. The guy was paid to bash the car and the driver was in on it.

It's amazing how such real footage gets labeled fake while obviously fake footage is given such a chance anymore.

Yeah, a lot of tells. I'm not sure of the details though, that would be major insurance fraud on camera, that would be risky.

I just checked the actual youtube link, comments say this...
