Like any other city, it's has its nice areas and bad areas, if you live in Oakland hills by the Berkeley boundary, houses there are expensive. Oakland is a nice town compared 10-15 years ago. Lots of nice restaurants and night life. Ever since 420 has been legal, lots of chill people. LOL

20 years ago I wouldn't walk in Oakland at night, not anymore. It's pretty chill. Of course don't go to the ghetto if you have no business there, other than that ,everybody minds there own business.

White Castle has the BEST Motzeralla sticks. Better then any restaurant, anything.
I always get 3 burgers and a 10pc motz stick.

Yeah, the last 15 years a lot of money has been put into Oakland. A lot of people are getting pushed out into Richmond, Vallejo and San Jose.
