    I work out every day. I'd actually be willing to bet I'm in the best shape of anyone on sbr....by far

          lol of course not. I'm on stationary resistance bike inside.


          there is a guy who rides, decked out like tour de france, by my house in the country. Funny shit. I almost hit him with my car once, he's lucky I have reflexes like a mongoose. Roads are not even flat around here so guy is a fool to be riding bike with cars going 50+ especially dressed like that.

              Meeee brother. Kettlebells for me everyday. It's amazing the workout you can get with only two 35 lb bells.

                          Worked out this morning. Made it to the back door to let my dog out. Good cardio, and leg day. Even walked down the three stairs on the deck, and back. Made it back to bed using the walls for arm day. Hell, worked out my abs throwing up. Today was a good day.

                          Let's do it again tomorrow, or tonight.

                              Run 3 miles to the gym, 1 mile to work, then 4 miles home and tuck the little one into bed

                              It's not ideal but at my age, staying in shape is not easy and thats what it takes

                                I know you got a kid and full time so it's hard, but I'd recommend a bit of stretching and strengthening exercises...always important to keep the body balanced as everyone loses flexibility, strength, and mobility at a different rate. Hope all is well with you and that you don't take too much of the political BS seriously from the conservatives.
