In spain there are bars in wich you can bet to a correct score.
The clients of the bar bet and the owner pay to the clients.
This is traditional in Spain.

What does win the owner? Maybe that he "build lowalty" or if the owner is bad person, if nobody win the bet, he win the monay (that would be a shameless)
