in Spain all the people say "in USA there is not publice health" (public means governamental, paid by taxes and free for the people), but a spaish economist called RALLO (CAPITALIST) sayd that 45% os americans go to public and 55% to private

Explainme a little about this, please.

People that cannot afford it go to public. People that can barely afford it get ripped off and have to go private.

The super rich get unlimited healthcare without fear of going broke just because they have cancer.
